Experteer Overview In this role you provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for outpatient clients within Solano County’s Behavioral Health Division. You work as part of an integrated, community-focused team to advance recovery and equity, delivering evidence-based psychiatric care in Vallejo, Fairfield, and Vacaville clinics. The position emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues and support staff to ensure safe, effective care. You will contribute to a mission-driven environment that values shared decision making and culturally responsive services. Compensation / Benefits • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses for assigned clients • Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans including psychotropic medications • Perform administrative tasks and maintain necessary documentation in the EHR • Provide psychiatric consultation to PA or NP colleagues • Participate as a psychiatric resource within interdisciplinary program teams • Support outpatient services within three clinics and align with Full Service Partnerships model Tasks • Completion of a three or four-year psychiatry residency (ACGME-accredited) • Valid California medical license (physician and surgeon) • Board certification (for Board Certified track) • Ability to meet driver’s license and insurance requirements as needed • Submit educational verification by deadline Key requirements • competitive salary • flexible schedules • administrative support • training and documentation support
