Pay Rate: Up to$150/hr - $168/hr (negotiable) + Signing Bonus: $2000

Available shifts:

On-Call Requirement: On-call duty for 1 week

Weekend Options (10-hour shifts): Saturday & Sunday - 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or) 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2 Days/Week: Mon/Wed (or) Wed/Fri - 7 AM to 5 PM

Alternative Flexible Schedules: 2days/week (or) 3days/week.

Job description:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality mental health services in a correctional healthcare setting. This role includes assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and crisis support for adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy (CBT, crisis intervention, etc.)
• Perform suicide risk assessments and crisis stabilization
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical staff, and custody teams
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
• Provide telehealth services when appropriate

Requirements

• Minimum 24 months recent clinical experience (correctional preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work safely within a secure facility
