Training and Development Manager

Ojai Valley Inn is seeking a Training and Development Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organizational training and development programs. This role requires a strategic leader who can assess training needs, develop engaging content, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with our business goals and drive guest service through employee performance.

We are looking for a Training and Development Manager with Luxury Hotel experience and deep knowledge of the Forbes Travel Guide standards. Our focus is service excellence, detailed quality control, and sophisticated guest-facing training.

We have an incredible work environment with great benefits. The Director of Training will work in the Human Resources Office and join our team of 7 HR professionals.
