Child Interventionist/Behavior Technician

Butterfly Effects' Mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve children and families affected by autism.We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Explore our fulfilling part-time role at Butterfly Effects!- Competitive Compensation: Earn $21.00 - $28.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications.
- Part-Time Flexibility: You chose your schedule! Most are 9 to 15 hours per week. Available schedules:
- 3, 4 or 5 Days; M – F; 3 hour shifts between 3 PM – 7 PM
- 3 days; M-F; 3 hour shift between 4 to 7:30 PM
- 5 days; M – F; 6 to 7 hour shift between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certified

- Background: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.
