Adventure Learning Center is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) owned company in Colorado Springs offering center-based services to children diagnosed with Autism or related disorders. We take a trauma-informed, natural environment approach to bring about socially significant change, without making therapy uncomfortable or unenjoyable for our clients. We pride ourselves on openness, high ethical standards, and proven change for our kids.

We are currently seeking associates with a passion for helping others find their voice. We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or associates willing to complete the RBT 40 hours course, to provide center-based ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. We are looking for candidates who are available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.

FREE SUPERVISION FOR CANDIDATES PURSUING BCBA CERTIFICATION WITH AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Registered Behavior Technicians must possess the following skills:

• Communication skills
• ability to empathize with patients and their family members
• ability to remain professional in high-stress situations
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Listening and reasoning skills

RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a BCBA Supervisor. The RBT will implement treatment plans, report ABC data, and complete documentation (notes) in a timely manner.
