We have an open evening part-time position. We’re looking for warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)—or someone interested in becoming certified as an RBT. The position is located in Clinton from 3:30-6:30 Monday through Thursday and 1:30-4:30 (or 3 hours between 1:30-6:30) Friday. In this role, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home environment under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help implement behavior strategies and skill development programs, track progress, and support the child’s growth in a compassionate and structured way.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a home setting under the direction of a BCBA

· Implement individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans

· Collect data and maintain accurate session notes on client progress

· Support families with tools that make everyday life smoother and more supportive

· Attend required team meetings and training sessions

· Implement behavior and skill-building strategies tailored to the child’s needs

· Be part of a collaborative and supportive team that truly cares

We welcome applicants who are committed and eager to learn. We’ll walk with you through every step of the process:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Complete 40 hours of paid training online with support from our team
  • Pass a background check
  • Complete a Competency Assessment and RBT Exam (if not already certified)
  • Follow the RBT Ethics Code
