At Bridgeway Integrated Healthcare Services, we don’t clock in and out of purpose. We show up with heart, grit, and a deep belief that every family can grow stronger — even in the hardest moments. From Brigham City to St. George, we walk alongside children and families who are navigating tough stuff. And we don’t flinch. No challenge will stop us.

We’re not just looking for resumes.

We’re looking for difference-makers. For the ones who can’t sit still when something needs to be done. For people who were built to bounce, who choose kindness even when it’s not easy, and who know that real change takes patience, consistency, and showing up when others don’t.

Whether you're fresh out of high school and ready to dive into meaningful work, or you’re stepping into a new career with courage and compassion — if you're the kind of person who is excited for the opportunity to be creative, supportive, and resilient; this could be your launchpad.

Who You Are:

  • You're hungry to make a difference — not just chase a paycheck.
  • You're humble enough to learn and brave enough to grow.
  • You’re not afraid to get uncomfortable if it means doing what’s right.
  • You believe in the power of children and families — even when they’re struggling.
  • You want more than a 9–5. You want purpose.

What You'll Do:

  • Step into lives that need you. Families are counting on your consistency, empathy, and strength. You’ll help children and caregivers navigate life’s hardest moments — and show them they’re not alone.
  • Be guided, but also grow. You’ll be coached, trained, and supported — but you’ll also be expected to rise. This isn’t a passive role. You’ll be in the work, doing things that matter.
  • Lead with integrity. Show up on time, follow through, and do what you say you’ll do — even when it’s hard. That’s how we build trust and build a better future.
  • Build others up. Encourage your teammates. Choose kindness. Be the one who makes the room lighter, even on the heavy days. It takes a village, and we need yours.

What You Can Expect:

  • A mission-first culture — not a punch-the-clock environment.
  • A team that coaches you, cheers for you, and challenges you.
  • Daily opportunities to become the best version of yourself.
  • Work that will stretch you, ground you, and remind you why you started.
  • This is a career with a cause. A space for people who are ready to step into their calling and walk alongside families who need it most. It won’t always be easy — but it will always matter.

If your heart beats faster reading this — that’s not by accident.

This is your moment.

Join the calling. Be the change. Empower families.
