What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Impactful 1:1 Therapy: Delivering direct ABA therapy in home or clinic-based environments.
• Evidence-Based Care: Implementing treatment plans and behavioral programs crafted by supervising BCBAs.
• Clinical Documentation: Precise data collection and session note submission to track every win.
• Active Collaboration: Engaging in staff meetings, training, and peer-to-peer strategy sessions.
• Presence: Commuting to client locations promptly and reliably.

The Brighter Strides Checklist

• The Certification: Active RBT Certification is required.
• The Experience: Proven track record working with children/adolescents with ASD.
• The Communication: Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for clear reporting and family interaction.
• The Logistics: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal background check.

Schedule & Travel

• Standard Hours: Monday through Friday.
