Aspen ABA is looking for multiple RBTs with experience to join our growing team.

Hourly Wages:

  • $21-28/hour
  • Bonuses available

Qualifications and Skills:

  • RBT Certification (required)
  • High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to constantly get up/down off floor, move quickly
  • Comfortable learning our data collection software
  • Desire to learn and work independently at times
  • Interested in working daytime hours: shifts range anytime between the hours of 8am-7pm
  • Willingness to undergo a background check

Duties of the RBT:

  • Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
  • Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
  • Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
  • Reliably attends scheduled sessions
  • Participate in ongoing trainings

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
