Experteer Overview As a BCBA at AST, you guide evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism within a collaborative, family-centered setting. You will supervise clinicians, mentor teams, and drive data-informed decisions to support student success in school and life. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues and specialty groups to deliver personalized care rooted in assent-based treatment. Compensation / Benefits • Provide oversight and supervision for the clinical team and clients • Mentor and support behavior technicians with competency-based training • Produce reports and conduct clinical reviews for funding sources • Participate in monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision • Deliver parent/caregiver trainings and family engagement sessions • Ensure safety and ethical standards in all client interactions • Guide program implementation and maintain data-driven treatment plans • Coordinate with senior clinical team to ensure timely, accurate directives Tasks • Master's degree or higher • BCBA certification or imminent BCBA exam (within 3 months) • Minimum of two years' experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities • Licensure or registration as required by local statutes • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills Key requirements • Sign-on bonus: $3K for new BCBAs • Professional development stipend • On-demand CEUs via LEARNing Lab • Monthly clinical forums (live CEUs) • 28 days PTO for full-time BCBAs • Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) with discretionary match
