Experteer Overview In this role you will provide pediatric psychological assessments within ERA PSYCH, contributing to children’s and families’ well-being. You will work with a Mental Health team across San Jose and surrounding areas, conducting interviews, testing, and feedback sessions. The position offers both in-person and virtual options with a flexible schedule and potential for multi-state licensure. Your work supports high-quality assessments and impactful feedback to families, aligning with the Mission to transform lives and improve therapeutic services. Compensation / Benefits • Conduct initial clinical interviews • Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests • Prepare comprehensive reports • Provide feedback sessions to patients, parents and/or caregivers Tasks • Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical, School or Counseling Psychology from an APA accredited program • Hold state psychologist license in good standing • At least 3 years of experience conducting pediatric psychological assessments Key requirements • Medical/Dental benefits • 401k • Flexible work-schedule • Support for multi-state licensure • Supervision training opportunities • Salary: $100,000+ per year
