Gemas Psychotherapy and Counseling Services is a growing group practice serving clients throughout California via telehealth and in-person at our Torrance office.

We are seeking Registered Associate Psychotherapists who are passionate about providing high-quality care and who want to grow in a structured, supportive, and collaborative environment.

At Gemas, clinicians are supported so they can focus fully on clinical work instead of paperwork, billing, or insurance stress.

What You Will Do

• Provide individual therapy
• Provide couples and family therapy
• Work with children and adolescents if desired
• Provide services in-person and/or via telehealth
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an AMFT or ACSW
• Minimum of 1,500 supervised clinical hours completed
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality documentation
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
