Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, newly certified BCBA to join our team as a Center Clinical Supervisor. This role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with young learners (ages 2–6), wants structured mentorship, and is excited to grow leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
As a Center Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee our center-based early intervention program while providing guidance for a small number of local home-based clients. This is a hands-on clinical role with opportunities to advance into senior leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Monitor client progress using data analysis and clinical observation
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Support both center-based and local home-based clients
Supervision & Training:
- Provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level staff
- Implement Behavior Skills Training (BST) to ensure treatment integrity
- Conduct overlap sessions, competency assessments, and model interventions
- Offer guidance and mentorship to promote staff growth
Program Development:
- Develop teaching procedures across communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
- Adjust programs based on learner performance and generalization needs
- Maintain treatment fidelity and clinical documentation standards
Documentation & Systems:
- Utilize CentralReach for programming, supervision notes, and treatment monitoring
- Complete session documentation in accordance with payer requirements
- Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Experience with early intervention populations preferred
- Familiarity with CentralReach or related practice management software
- Experience with skill acquisition programming and Behavior Skills Training (BST)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Growth-oriented and proactive mindset
Preferred Experience:
- VB-MAPP or other developmental assessments
- Parent training
- Naturalistic and play-based intervention approaches
- Experience in center-based ABA programs

Job Types:
- Full-time and Part-time
- Pay: 72K-80K
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, during center hours (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Some flexibility based on caseload and supervision needs
Work Location:
- In-person at our Santa Ana or Fullerton centers
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, negative TB test, and drug screening required by start date
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
