LPT-License Psychiatric Technician

Currently seeking License Psychiatric Technician(LPT) to work at a Correctional Facility in Corona, CA; possibility of extension or offer of permanent employment.

Pay Rate: $48 P/H

Responsibilities for LPT:

Include but are not limited to ....

• Observe and document patient behavior, mood and any signs of distress.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist with crisis intervention, de-escalation and suicide prevention measures.
• Maintain accurate and up to date medical records and documentation.
• Provide care within a high-security setting with unique protocols.

Requirements for LPT:

• 1 year of experience as an LPT
• LPT License in the State of California
• BLS From (American Heart Association)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $48.00 per hour
