Overview:
Barnett Healing Center is seeking a fully licensed mental health professional to join our growing and collaborative team. We are currently hiring a clinician who specializes in working with couples and adults. At this time, we are only considering fully licensed professionals (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). Associates and interns will not be considered for this role.

Pay:
-60/40-65/35 split, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family and/or group sessions
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide direct support to clients during therapy sessions
- Collect and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct research to enhance counseling practices
Qualifications
- Fully licensed in the state of Texas without restrictions -Proficiency in mental health counseling, trauma informed care and ethical practices
- Experience in patient assessment and care
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Ability to conduct clinical research
- Premium skills in psychotherapy and crisis intervention -Play Therapy or Marriage and Family a plus
Skills:
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and create treatment plans
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and direct patient support
- Competence in maintaining accurate medical records
- Ability to conduct PHQ-9, GAD-7, Suicide, Self-Harm and Homicidal Assessments
- Premium skills in psychotherapy and crisis intervention
