RBT Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist

About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities—especially children on the autism spectrum—through evidence-based behavioral therapy. You’ll help clients build independence, develop daily living skills, and reach their fullest potential in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities to carry out individualized behavior therapy programs
• Track and document client progress accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and other professionals to support treatment goals
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation meets professional and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
• Knowledge of basic medical documentation and terminology
• Background in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed

License/Certification:

• RBT (Required)

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
