Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract counselor opportunity is available in Cleveland, TX, providing maternity leave coverage from March 2, 2026, through June 5, 2026. This full-time position entails working approximately 35 hours per week onsite at a school setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized counseling and support services to students
- Assisting with academic planning and social-emotional development
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote student success
- Managing caseload effectively and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed
Qualifications:
- Relevant counseling certification or licensure
