Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide expert clinical counseling services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your expertise will guide clients through recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster lasting change. Position Overview:
The CADC provides direct substance use treatment services under the supervision of the Clinical Director/LCAS.
Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate SAIOP/SACOT group sessions
  • Provide individual counseling and recovery support
  • Complete timely and compliant documentation
  • Monitor client progress and treatment participation
  • Coordinate care with clinical team
  • Maintain productivity and billing standards

Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina CADC certification (required)
  • Experience in SAIOP/SACOT preferred
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9,200.00 - $10,000.00 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wilson, NC 27893
