Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Position Overview:
The CADC provides direct substance use treatment services under the supervision of the Clinical Director/LCAS.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate SAIOP/SACOT group sessions
- Provide individual counseling and recovery support
- Complete timely and compliant documentation
- Monitor client progress and treatment participation
- Coordinate care with clinical team
- Maintain productivity and billing standards
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina CADC certification (required)
- Experience in SAIOP/SACOT preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload effectively

Pay: $9,200.00 - $10,000.00 per week
