Healing Hearts Therapeutic Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Maryland-licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) to provide psychotherapy services and clinical supervision to LMSWs within our growing Maryland-based practice.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to mentor developing clinicians while expanding access to quality behavioral health care across Maryland.

Position Overview

The LCSW-C will:

• Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy (virtual statewide)

• Optionally provide in-person sessions at our Belcamp, MD office

• Participate in school-based therapy services (district coordination provided)

• Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs pursuing independent licensure

• Maintain documentation and ethical standards in accordance with Maryland regulations

Compensation Structure

• 60% per session to start

• Increase to 65% per session after 6 months

• LMSWs pay $100 per supervision session directly to the LCSW-C

• Supervision income is separate from therapy split

• Performance-based bonuses available

Employment Type

• Independent Contractor (1099 position)

• Clinicians are responsible for their own taxes and benefits

• No employer-provided health insurance or traditional benefits

• Flexible scheduling and autonomy in caseload management

Work Location & Flexibility

• Therapists may reside anywhere in Maryland

• Fully virtual caseload available statewide

• Optional use of Belcamp, MD office

• School-based sessions available based on clinician interest and district coordination

• Flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license (required)

• Must have completed supervision training or be eligible and prepared to oversee LMSW supervision hours

• Experience providing psychotherapy

• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills

• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention preferred

• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting

• Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
