Social Worker / Therapist

Rewarding opportunity to serve adolescent youth and young adults receiving comprehensive mental health services. Excellent Clinical Team!

  • Location: Baltimore/Parkville
  • Annual Salary: $70 - $75,000
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (off by 3:30pm most Fridays!)
  • Caseload of 10
  • Licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC

Job Description:

  • Program supports clients (ages 13-19) receiving treatment to address complex mental health, trauma, substance abuse, and other related issues.
  • Provide mental assessment and psycho-social histories, utilizing a strength-based perspective, cognitive behavioral theory, and trauma informed care
  • Conduct individual, group (2x per week), and family therapy, to include case management, treatment plan development, discharge plans, and aftercare plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with unit staff and outside agency partners as needed.
  • Support staff and provide de-escalation when clients are in crisis.
