Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role is crucial in providing behavioral therapy, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients. We are a small company, with a focus on a quality, client-centered service delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine client needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current in the field of behavioral health.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with disabilities.
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis for tracking client progress.
- Understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and medical documentation practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
