Psychiatrist

We are seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full-time role (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, flexible hours, 30-40 hrs/week) with an annual salary of $229,000-$235,000.

This position involves providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management (including complex psychopharmacology), and fostering recovery-oriented, person-centered care for adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Responsibilities include developing wellness programs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising staff, and engaging patients and communities to promote social inclusion and recovery.

Qualifications include valid Massachusetts medical license, DEA registration, expertise in treating serious mental illnesses, and experience with trauma-informed care. Academic appointment with Harvard Medical School may be available.
