Position Summary

Radiant Steps ABA is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. Services are delivered under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies (DTT, NET, task analysis).
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data using electronic systems.
• Support skill development in communication, social, daily living, and academic areas.
• Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors.
• Participate in required supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Attend required trainings and maintain certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 60 college credits completed OR active enrollment in college coursework OR relevant ABA experience.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (company support provided).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in active play and movement with children.
