- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and guest inquiries, providing professional, hospitality-forward assistance
- Coordinate building services including janitorial, conference room support, parking, deliveries, and general workplace services
- Support security protocols by assisting with badging guidance and visitor access processes in accordance with Dell policies
- Track service requests through completion, provide status updates, and ensure satisfactory resolution with quality follow-through
- Interface with service partners and vendors to support timely execution and maintain consistent service quality
- Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and reporting to support SLA/KPI performance and audit readiness
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while providing coverage support across the BSC portfolio as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate facilities support, reception/administrative support, hospitality, customer service, or vendor coordination
- Strong customer service skills with professional presence and service recovery mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for all management levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Professional certificate or Associate Degree
- Experience in corporate office environments with Dell or similar technology companies
- Familiarity with facilities management systems and service coordination platforms
- Experience with security protocols and visitor management systems
