Experteer Overview In this role, you provide clinical counseling within a multidisciplinary correctional team to support inmates' and detainees' emotional, social, and behavioral needs. You will conduct intake assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis management, and suicide risk evaluation, while coordinating discharge planning with external partners. You contribute to research-informed programming and aim to strengthen rehabilitation outcomes. This position offers a chance to shape evidence-based practices in a state correctional setting and work across multiple facilities.
