A contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist providing telehealth services to support student mental health and learning needs. This role emphasizes remote collaboration with school staff, families, and students to deliver comprehensive psychological evaluations and interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psycho-educational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
  • Collaborating with educators and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral plans
  • Delivering telehealth counseling and crisis intervention when necessary
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies to promote academic and social-emotional growth
  • Maintaining detailed records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting assessments and delivering services via telehealth platforms
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in virtual environments

Location: While the role operates primarily via telehealth, it is based in Durham, CT, with occasional on-site requirements.
