Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Kids First Early Intervention is seeking per-diem Social Workers to provide direct services to children from birth to 3-years-old, through the NYC Early Intervention Program.

Location: Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, & Westchester

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for the Early Intervention Social Work position must be certified in any of the following areas:

• Social Workers (LMSW) or (LCSW)
• Special Education Teachers, Birth through 2nd grade- Initial or permanent
• Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH)- Provisional or Permanent
• Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)- Initial or Professional
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant (CBAA)

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and Duties of Early Intervention Social Workers LMSW / LCSW:

• Provide 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy
• Daily data collection
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Collaboration with parents and other Early Intervention providers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
