Larchmont Mamaroneck Football Club (LMFC) is a community-driven youth soccer organization committed to developing players of all levels. Our mission is to provide a platform for all players to hone their abilities, foster teamwork, and achieve their full potential on the field. We emphasize positive coaching, long-term player development, and a love for the game.

Position Overview

LMFC is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Youth Soccer Coaches to work with players ages 8–16. The ideal candidate brings energy, professionalism, and a player-first mindset, and is dedicated to creating a fun, challenging, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions focused on technical skills, tactical understanding, and game awareness
• Coach team practices and games in alignment with LMFC’s development philosophy
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all players
• Provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership
• Monitor player progress and adapt training plans as needed
• Uphold LMFC standards of sportsmanship, professionalism, and player safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching youth soccer
• Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and player development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a club coaching structure
• Passion for developing young athletes
• Coaching certifications (USSF, UEFA, United Soccer Coaches, or equivalent) mandatory

Compensation

• Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
