Experteer Overview In this BCBA role, you deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, leading a team within LEARN Behavioral to support skill development and school readiness. You will work in a collaborative, person-centered environment that values assent-based treatment and caregiver partnership. You’ll influence treatment direction, mentor staff, and contribute to a mission-driven, inclusive workplace focused on client outcomes. This is a meaningful opportunity to shape interventions across a large, multi-state network. Compensation / Benefits • Provide oversight and supervision for the team and clients • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members • Maintain client safety as a top priority • Consult with clients to provide ongoing program direction and maintenance • Analyze data/behavior to make data-based decisions • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment Tasks • Master's degree or higher • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) • Commitment to our five values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, and excellence Key requirements • Free on-demand CEUs • Yearly professional development stipend • Monthly clinical forums (live CEUs) • 28 days of total paid time off for new, full-time BCBAs • Medical, Vision, Dental • 401(k) with discretionary match starting at year 1
