The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for a Substitute, school-based position in Fremont, CA! The Substitute RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs. This is an as-needed position, and applicants can expect to work a part time schedule of up to 15 hours per week with the potential to move to full-time.

What We're Looking For

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
CPI Blue Card or willing to obtain
At least 1 year of experience implementing behavior intervention plans with students with special needs in home or school settings
Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required

What You'll Do

Implement behavior plans and and IEPs
Support classroom and individual student needs
Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
Respond to crisis intervention
Communicate with school and district staff
