- Competitive Compensation $73,000–$75,000 DOE with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) with 6% match.

What You’ll Do
- Client Therapy & Care Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, perform assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to meet client needs.
- Collaborate & Coordinate Partner with the interdisciplinary clinical team to monitor progress, integrate care plans, and support clients across all aspects of treatment.
- Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Professional Development Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional networks to stay current with evidence-based practices and enhance client care.
Who You Are

- Experienced in mental health treatment, ideally with clients presenting co-occurring disorders.
- Knowledgeable about California BBS regulations and committed to compliance.

- Prior mental health, residential care, or healthcare experience is a plus (training provided).

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
- BBS registration/licensure (AMFT) required.
- Experience in residential mental health treatment; EMDR or Brainspotting training preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Clear Livescan background check and drug screen.
- CPR & First Aid Certification required.
- Must be able to safely interact with clients experiencing psychiatric symptoms or distress.
Regulatory & Compliance Expectations
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including DHCS, DSS, and Joint Commission standards.
- Follow company policies on safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. Participate in audits, training, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
