• Competitive Compensation $73,000–$75,000 DOE with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) with 6% match.

What You’ll Do

• Client Therapy & Care Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, perform assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to meet client needs.
• Collaborate & Coordinate Partner with the interdisciplinary clinical team to monitor progress, integrate care plans, and support clients across all aspects of treatment.
• Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Professional Development Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional networks to stay current with evidence-based practices and enhance client care.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
• BBS registration/licensure (AMFT) required.
• Experience in residential mental health treatment; EMDR or Brainspotting training preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Clear Livescan background check and drug screen.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required.
• Must be able to safely interact with clients experiencing psychiatric symptoms or distress.

Regulatory & Compliance Expectations

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including DHCS, DSS, and Joint Commission standards.
• Follow company policies on safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Participate in audits, training, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
