ACSW Medical Social Worker

Temporary Medical Social Worker Assignment in Los Angeles County, CA-$35.00 per hour w/ mileage reimbursement.

We are seeking an ACSW with medical social work experience to travel to skilled nursing facilities in Los Angeles County to support newly admitted patients in coping with a new diagnosis/illness and help them formulate a long-term plan for post-acute care and caregiving.

Qualified candidates will have an active ACSW with at least 1 year of experience working in a medical setting such as a hospital, skilled nursing facility or home health.

$35 an hour with mileage reimbursement.
