Consider joining our growing Behavioral Health Department at Indiana University Health Arnett.The Behavioral Health team serves the West Central Region of Indiana University Health in Monticello Indiana. Key Responsibilities Provides quality Outpatient Psychiatric services to patients, with a variety of mental health diagnosis in need of medication management. Robust orientation Once the candidate is settled into the department and collaborating effectively, we can offer alternative schedule including virtual options. Performs complete diagnostic assessment. Develops a treatment plan based upon the evaluation, patient goals and goals established to optimize treatment and the recovery of the patients. Modifies treatment programs at regular intervals documenting patient progress and response to treatment. Provides education, training, and support to patient/family to assist with treatment requirements, discharge planning and home programming. Strives to meet and exceed individual/patient/ family and other customer expectations.
