Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

In-Home & School-Based Services

Applaud Autism Services is growing, and we are looking for BCBAs who want to grow with us.

At Applaud, we believe children learn best when the adults supporting them feel valued, equipped, and cared for. Our mission is to make high-quality ABA accessible, compassionate, and seamless for families… and that begins with taking care of our clinicians.

As a BCBA with Applaud, you will join a team that prioritizes clinical excellence, meaningful collaboration, and a provider-first environment. You will have the tools, structure, and autonomy you need to deliver exceptional care — without sacrificing balance or support.

What You’ll Do

  • Clinical Leadership and Treatment Planning
  • Design, monitor, and adjust ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct initial assessments, progress reports, and FBAs
  • Write measurable goals and track meaningful progress

Supervision and Training

  • Provide face-to-face supervision to meet 10 percent standards
  • Coach and support RBTs, caregivers, and school staff
  • Support new-hire onboarding, including competency assessments and renewals

Collaboration and Communication

  • Lead team meetings to align caregivers, RBTs, and school partners
  • Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings
  • Maintain supportive communication with families and internal teams

Additional Responsibilities

  • Monitor BACB supervision requirements
  • Consult with caregivers, teachers, and integrated support teams
  • Perform related duties that support team success and client progress

What We Offer

  • Compensation and Financial Benefits
  • Competitive salaried compensation
  • Uncapped monthly bonus plan with a minimum of 26 supervision hours per week
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Company-provided laptop and work cell phone
  • Professional Development
  • CEU stipend starting at $750 per year with increases for tenure
  • Free access to online CEUs
  • Ongoing mentorship and collaboration with BCBAs and the Clinical Director
  • Access to toys and reinforcement materials, plus a travel bag for appointments
  • Time Off and Balance
  • Three weeks of paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • A leadership team that prioritizes support and sustainable workloads

Connection and Community

  • Virtual and in-person opportunities to connect with colleagues
  • A supportive BCBA community that values teamwork, learning, and belonging

Who We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • At least two years of RBT or BT experience working with children with ASD
  • Preferred: One year of experience designing ABA programs and training caregivers or instructors
  • Experience with DTT, NET, VB, and assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and FBAs
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • A compassionate BCBA who works well in a collaborative, team-driven environment
