What You’ll Do
- Clinical Leadership and Treatment Planning
- Design, monitor, and adjust ABA treatment plans
- Conduct initial assessments, progress reports, and FBAs
- Write measurable goals and track meaningful progress
Supervision and Training
- Provide face-to-face supervision to meet 10 percent standards
- Coach and support RBTs, caregivers, and school staff
- Support new-hire onboarding, including competency assessments and renewals
Collaboration and Communication
- Lead team meetings to align caregivers, RBTs, and school partners
- Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings
- Maintain supportive communication with families and internal teams
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor BACB supervision requirements
- Consult with caregivers, teachers, and integrated support teams
- Perform related duties that support team success and client progress

Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- At least two years of RBT or BT experience working with children with ASD
- Preferred: One year of experience designing ABA programs and training caregivers or instructors
- Experience with DTT, NET, VB, and assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and FBAs
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
- A compassionate BCBA who works well in a collaborative, team-driven environment
