Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Fully or Provisionally Licensed Therapist (LPC / LPC-A / LMFT / MSW / LCSW / PhD / PsyD) to join our growing outpatient group practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and clinical counseling services that may include the treatment of anxiety, trauma, relationships, life transitions, etc. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, patient-centered care, sustainable clinical work, ethical care, and continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and/or telehealth clinical counseling services to clients of [Practice Name] as scheduled and in accordance with practice policies
  • Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients across various age groups and diagnoses
  • Deliver individual, group, family, and crisis intervention therapy utilizing humanistic modalities
  • Coordinate care with members of a client's treatment team as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for patient records management
  • Engage in case management activities such as patient assessment, progress monitoring, data collection for clinical research projects, and treatment adjustments based on outcomes
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and timely arrival
  • Maintain active licensure and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical codes
  • Charge and collect payments in accordance with practice policy, when applicable
  • Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and consultations
  • Conduct services in a professional manner that supports the reputation and goodwill of the practice
  • Collaborate respectfully and cooperatively with colleagues
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and professional growth
  • Be available for two evenings per week or one evening and one weekend day ; evening hours extend until 8:00 PM
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Corey's Counseling
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Current licensure or provisional licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), MSW (Master of Social Work), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), PhD or PsyD in psychology from an accredited program
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • At least one clinical niche (e.g., anxiety, trauma, couples, children, teens, grief)

Compensation, Time Off & Benefits

As a newly established and growing group practice, Corey's Counseling offers compensation and benefits that are transparent, ethical, and financially sustainable, with the intention to expand offerings as the practice grows.

Compensation

  • Competitive per-session compensation, paid bi-weekly
  • Compensation structure discussed in detail during the interview process
  • Payment for completed sessions and collected late cancellations/no-shows, consistent with practice policy

Administrative & Practice Support

  • Steady client referrals provided by the practice
  • Full administrative support including scheduling, intake coordination, billing, insurance claims, and credentialing
  • EHR access and documentation systems provided
  • Marketing and website presence managed by the practice
  • Office space provided for in-person sessions

Time Off & Paid Support

  • Flexible unpaid time off with advance notice and coordination of client care
  • One paid administrative hour per week ($30/hour) available to clinicians who maintain an average caseload of 20+ completed sessions per week
  • Two paid wellness days per year, paid at average daily session earnings up to a $250/day cap
  • Additional optional stipends may be available for clinicians who take on supplemental responsibilities or special projects. Details will be discussed during the interview process and outlined in writing if applicable
  • Additional paid time off and benefits may be added as the practice grows
