Experteer Overview As Director of Psychology at TBHC, you will lead psychological services within a new state-funded behavioral health hospital. You will oversee a team of psychologists, provide direct patient care, and supervise and teach trainees across psychology and medicine. The role blends clinical leadership with teaching and research, shaping models of care for serious mental illness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance patient-centered, evidence-based interventions in a cutting-edge academic environment.
