We are seeking a high-performance Lead Bilingual Field Service Hydraulic Hose Coordinator/Technician to join our team. This is a critical "player-coach" role designed for a technical expert who can balance elite-level mechanical repairs with strong team management. You will be responsible for providing expert-level hydraulic solutions on-site while leading a team of technicians to ensure operational excellence and rapid response for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Elite Hydraulic Service: Lead the repair, rebuilding, installation, and removal of high-pressure hydraulic hoses on heavy machinery, including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm equipment.
• Team Leadership: Act as a Managing Lead by supervising field technicians, overseeing service schedules, and ensuring all work meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
• Emergency On-Call Response: Maintain a flexible schedule to provide emergency service support, ensuring that our clients' downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
• Complex Diagnostics: Use expert knowledge of schematics and fluid power systems to troubleshoot issues involving transmissions, air brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
• Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison between English and Spanish-speaking clients, crews, and management to ensure clear, accurate project execution.
• Operational Management: Coordinate inventory levels, manage detailed service records, and oversee the maintenance of mobile service units and heavy-duty tools.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Recent Hydraulic Expertise: You must have recent, hands-on experience specifically focused on the fabrication, installation, and repair of hydraulic hoses and components.
• Strong Management Background: Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior technicians, and manage field logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Heavy Equipment Mastery: Significant experience with heavy machinery (Caterpillar, John Deere, etc.) or industrial dealership experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Mechanical Versatility: Skilled in welding, soldering, diesel engine repair, and the use of heavy lifting equipment.
• Flexibility: A strong commitment to being on-call and adaptable to changing field conditions and emergency service requests.
