## Job Overview
As an After School Counselor at our institution, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of students. You will provide guidance, counseling, and support to help students navigate challenges and achieve their full potential.

## Responsibilities
- Educate students on various topics such as early childhood education, sports coaching, and behavior management.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address students' emotional, social, and academic needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive environment for students.
- Implement strategies for classroom management and student engagement.
- Utilize your experience in childcare and counseling to support students' holistic well-being.
- Organize and lead camps or extracurricular activities to enhance students' social skills and personal growth.

## Qualifications
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and staff members.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
