Location: District-wide (assigned to any school as needed, K-12)
Job Qualifications: RBT must have experience working with individuals with Autism, behavioral needs, and implementing skill acquisition programs and function-based behavior support plans. Qualified candidates should be proficient in ABA methodologies and teaching techniques and possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Must be certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. Active RBT licensure.
Job Requirements and Description: Knowledge and consistent use of applied behavior analysis and appropriate interventions. Understanding of child development and curriculum, and instruction materials used at various grade levels (K-12) are essential skills in order to assist the students in accessing their learning environment. Implement acquisition and behavior programs, including data collection, developed by Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) staff overseeing the student's program. Assists with the implementation of inclusion practices and implements a transition program back to students’ Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) as developed by BCBA. Collaborate with professionals across school settings to develop and implement appropriate programming for students based on environment and individual needs.
Reports to: Directors of Exceptional Learners/BCBA
Schedule: Approximately 29.5 hours per week/$21.32 per hour
