Collaborative Care is seeking a licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or LCAC) to join our group practice as an independent contractor. At Collaborative Care we believe that the best quality of care is provided to clients when therapists are allowed to make their own schedule, choose their best fitting clients, and are well compensated for their time. We have no productivity quotas and no non-competes! As an independent contractor with Collaborative Care you get to direct your practice while being provided all the tools, clients, and support to be successful. Therapists have complete autonomy to set their own schedule and to work at their own pace within a team of supportive Therapists.

Collaborative Care provides its Therapists with:

• Clients
• Insurance credentialing with all major insurance companies including Anthem, Cigna, United Healthcare, Care source, Medicaid, HIP and more
• Insurance Billing and Processing
• Fully Furnished Beautiful Office Space located in the historic downtown Lafayette with front door parking
• Electronic Health Record System
• Virtual Client Portal
• Continuing Education Units
