Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Liaison-Home Care to join our team on a commission-based basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for healthcare, community engagement, and sales. The Community Liaison will serve as the vital link between our home care services and the community, fostering relationships, generating leads, and expanding our client base through strategic outreach and business development efforts. Duties

  • Develop and execute territory management strategies to identify and target potential clients within designated regions.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking events, and community engagements to generate new leads and expand brand awareness.
  • Present product demos and explain service benefits to prospective clients, emphasizing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and upselling additional services when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, develop promotional materials, and implement community-based campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, analyze sales data, and forecast future growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth within the territory.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients and prospects to ensure accurate account management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within healthcare or related industries.
  • Strong background in management or business development roles with demonstrated success in lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with technology sales is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities for customer service and product demos.
  • Experience in marketing strategies, direct sales approaches, cold calling techniques, and upselling strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales data to inform decision-making processes and optimize territory coverage.
