Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Hickory, NC & Surrounding Areas

Hours: Flexible shifts between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PMPay: $20-22/hr

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Provide in-home, meaningful, non-scripted ABA therapy

• Collaborate with BCBAs who actually show up and do the work

• Track data that reflects progress, not just productivity

• Empower families not pacify them

• Help kids build real-world skills they can use outside of session

What You Won’t Do Here:

• Be micromanaged through clipboard checklists and fake metrics

• Waste time implementing nonsense goals to hit quotas

• Sit in a clinic where progress dies under fluorescent lights

• Wonder what your leadership actually stands for (we’ll tell you: ethics, clarity, and impact)

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification

• Experience preferred but values-first mindset required

• Comfortable working in home-based settings (we go where life happens, not where it’s convenient)

• A voice. A spine. And a reason for doing this work that goes deeper than “I needed a job.”
