Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our telehealth-only behavioral health practice as a clinical supervisor for our team of social workers. This fully remote and highly flexible role is ideal for a psychologist who excels in communication, enjoys mentoring clinicians, and is passionate about supporting high-quality mental health care across New York State. The Psychologist will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and case consultation while helping to maintain exceptional standards of care within our practice.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to licensed master social workers, including case review, treatment planning support, and skills development.
Conduct regular supervision sessions and document supervisory activities in accordance with state and organizational requirements.
Collaborate with practice leadership to ensure adherence to clinical policies, quality standards, and state regulations.
Co-sign on all treatment notes as clinical supervisor.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
An active New York State Psychologist License is required.
Experience providing clinical supervision to mental health clinicians is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive mental health care.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
