We are seeking a New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about working with individuals aged 55 and older, helping them manage anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and health-related concerns. Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience)
Location: Off-site services at facilities, day centers,
Schedule: 8-hour shift

Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to older adults, addressing concerns related to aging, chronic health conditions, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
- Conduct culturally informed clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision to support growth, development, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive client support.
Qualifications (Required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
- Active New York State LMSW license (required).
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese (required).
- Experience or strong interest in working with adults 55+.
- Ability to commute for off-site therapy sessions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a warm and empathetic therapeutic style.
- Experience with evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, and grief is a plus.
