Seeking qualified: LMHP ,LPC, LCSW, or LMFT for newly acquired private substance abuse group home licensed via DBHDS. Experience with group home setting and DBHDS documentation preferred.
LMHP Clinical Director – Substance Abuse Residential (ASAM Level 3.3)
The LMHP Clinical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for a clinically managed, high-intensity residential substance use disorder treatment program. This role ensures services are delivered in accordance with DBHDS (12VAC35-105) and ASAM Level 3.3 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of counseling staff
Approve ASAM assessments, level-of-care determinations, and treatment plans
Ensure compliance with DBHDS licensing and documentation standards
Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and incident review
Support discharge planning and coordination of care
Qualifications:
Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
Experience in substance use disorder treatment and residential services preferred
Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and DBHDS regulations
Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
