Experteer Overview In this role you provide comprehensive mental health care to Veterans, conducting screenings, delivering time-limited evidence-based psychotherapy, and leading groups. You may also work with families and perform concise evaluations to guide treatment. You will collaborate with a care team to support functional outcomes and Veterans’ well-being. Compensation / Benefits • Conduct initial screenings and intakes for Mental Health Treatment, including PTSD and Substance Use Disorders • Provide a full range of psychotherapy (individual, couples, family, group) with crisis intervention, using evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches • Lead three evidence-based or evidence-informed psychotherapy groups • Provide services to Veterans' families (psychoeducation, couples therapy, family therapy) to support functioning • Administer, score, interpret, and write brief psychological evaluations using BDI, BAI, PHQ-9, and PCL-5 Tasks • unknown Key requirements • EDRP eligible • Paid Time Off: 37-50 days per year • Parental Leave: up to 12 weeks after 12 months • Childcare subsidy up to 25% of eligible costs • Federal pension with vesting • Federal health/vision/dental insurance
