Pay: $25–$32/hour (based on experience and certification)
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:50 AM–2:20 PM

About the Role

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to provide school-based ABA support during a consistent mid-day schedule. This role is perfect for professionals looking for meaningful work that fits seamlessly into their day.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support under BCBA supervision

• Implement behavior intervention plans

• Collect data and maintain documentation

• Collaborate with school staff and clinical supervisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field

• School-based or special education experience required

• RBT certification preferred (not required)

• ABA experience preferred

• Reliable transportation
