Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Guidance Counselor position is available serving a K-12 student caseload in a North Tonawanda, NY school. This contracted role spans the current school year (CSY) and focuses on providing comprehensive counseling services across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group counseling to support academic, social, and emotional development for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive interventions and promote student success
• Assist with crisis intervention, attendance monitoring, and behavior management strategies
• Facilitate career exploration and college readiness activities as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant school policies and regulations
