Cerevia Behavioral Health Group is a newly launched, clinician-focused behavioral health practice expanding access to high-quality mental health care across Pennsylvania. We are actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who value flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with an early-stage practice.

This role is telehealth to start and ideal for clinicians comfortable with a short ramp-up period as referrals increase.

Position Details

• Hourly compensation: $55–$70 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services via telehealth
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
• Collaborate as needed to support continuity of care

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Reliable internet and private workspace
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
