Job Description:
Provides direct behavioral support to students by implementing behavior plans in a school setting. Works under supervision to help students develop positive behaviors, social skills, and emotional regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support
- Collect behavior data and report progress
- Use positive reinforcement strategies
- Support students during class and transitions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Experience with children preferred
- RBT certification a plus
- Strong communication and patience
