Behavior Technician

Job Description:
Provides direct behavioral support to students by implementing behavior plans in a school setting. Works under supervision to help students develop positive behaviors, social skills, and emotional regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support
• Collect behavior data and report progress
• Use positive reinforcement strategies
• Support students during class and transitions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Experience with children preferred
• RBT certification a plus
• Strong communication and patience

Work Setting:
School-based, during school hours

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
